What are the photo requirements for a Czech passport?

Czech passport photos must be 35×45mm with a plain white or very light grey background. The head height (chin to crown) must be between 32 and 36mm. Your expression must be neutral with your mouth closed, eyes open, and looking directly at the camera. The photo must be taken within the last 6 months. Glasses are not permitted. Requirements are set by the Ministerstvo vnitra ČR (Ministry of the Interior of the Czech Republic).
