The dimensions are identical, but the driving licence allows photos taken within 6 months (vs. 1 month for passports). In practice, the same photo can often be used for both — but always check recency.
DVLA driving licence photos must be 35×45mm, printed or digitally submitted with a plain light grey background. Your head must be straight, eyes open, and you must have a neutral expression. Glasses are not recommended. The photo should have been taken within the last 6 months.
